New Israelis

I note from Game Trade Monthly from August that the New Israelis and 
some of the OUDF stuff (not including the actual Grav Bikes yet, 
though) is scheduled to be released in the US this month (perhaps 
should use past tense?)  Two questions:  What comes in the support 
section?  How many VRFs & how many missles?  And is the stuff actually 
"out" yet?
