FYI NSL would use:
Confidential - Vertraulich
Secret - Geheim
Top Secret - Streng Geheim
NOFORN - KEINAUS (Kein Auslaender)
NSL-ONLY - NUERNSL
KEINAUS - Means No Foreign Access (except a certain select few under
some circumstances).
NUERNSL - Means NSL access only, ie they ESPECIALLY don't want their
allies to know this, usually for commercial reasons.
