Saw a thing the other day on TLC about modern tanks. The new 
prototype US MBT that I saw had a lot of computer control, was very 
very fast, had a HUGE gun on it (like it was longer than the tank!) 
and had two crew members and a lot of computer optics. Remains to be 
seen if this is a practical design.
