AK is nominally 7.62 but many of the soviet guns are so loosebore 7.63
works better. This is partly because it's rather hard to get an even
hardchrome on the inside of the barrel (the sovs need the chrome because
they shoot various iron core/jacket crap).
In any case 0.01mm difference affects accuracy mostly, not functioning.
