New Fighter Screen Rules

Sorry to belabor the point to those who may not already have the Fleet
Book, but...

Kudos to Jon for the new fighter screen rules. I played around with them
a
little bit, and find that they make defending carriers and other slower
leviathans alot less of a crapshoot.
