Uplifting

The Uplift war is good, but there are scarier ideas

in the Traveller universe theres an amusement park world that for 
all intents and purposes is Jurassic Park.
our regular Traveller GM stuck us exploring that planet after it had 
been abandoneed.

it seems somebody tried uplifting Velociraptors and T-Rex
