I like the look of these weapons, although the larger classes are a
little too efficient to make the B & C disruptors feasable.

Try the following changes, it should balance things out more:

Mass: 2/3/5	Point Cost: 3/4/5	Per Arc: 2/3/5
A	0-12" - 4 dice	12-24" - 3 dice 24-36" - 1 die
B	0-12" - 3 dice	12-24" - 1 die
C	0-12" - 2 dice

This makes B & C disruptors more desirable than A's at short range, but
A's have the range.  C's efficiency at short range is slightly worse
than the B disruptor, but will be balanced by the *DAF ability of
C-batts.
