I'm willing to do the Meta-FAQ. I can also provide a stable www home 
for it (and any other FAQs that may need one).

I've got a fair few ideas about what should go in the Meta-FAQ. But
I'm open to suggestions as well.

If work allows I'll make a start on it today.
