New fonts for Full Thrust

I've just uploaded two new fonts to my FT pages:
   o FTSymbol includes all the symbols from FT/MT
   o LCD is a close match to the typeface on the covers
     of the rulebooks. (The FT banner on those pages
     was created using the new LCD font.)
