The Fleet Book, or in a campaign rule supplement (and then only as an
"example map"). One of the important endearing (to me, at least)
features
of the GZG games is that they DON'T have a lot of background material
(...those who have read any Silent Death TNM, or why not GW, modules
know
what I mean...). The Fleet Book is going to be closely tied to the GZG
background anyway, which makes it a logical place to put such a map - if
Jon wants to delay the FB for long enough to make one :-)

Um... that depends on how big a campaign you're playing... and the list
should only sketch the major colonies and political entities anyway.
There
will always be lots of smaller splinter colonies :-)

Sure. Just keep it apart from the rules!
