Just to add - the Japanese began Kamikaze runs towards the end of the
war as
a result of loss due to combat attrition.  I think a ruling towards
desperate
acts would be required to see if the crew maintained dignity enough to
die
with their ship or possibly mutiny.  (Mutiny happens after all - and if
the
crew is bad and you want to kill everyone, I think the seed of dissent
would
be planted).  Crew quality is a must.
