So this is the fleet per world ?

Considering the balkanisation of the 'offical' history this would have
to
be divided among a lot of competing factions.

I'm just winging it.  We don't have a good idead from the FT background
the various numbers of worlds and colonies or the economic power
and strength of these worlds.
