You could check out Miniature Wargames. Nearly every issue has a WWII
game scenario that could be used as a scenario background. Just change
the figs you use. Some of the naval games are ideal FT scenarios as
well. (They even published a two part FT Battlestar Galactica campaign
several years ago!)
