This was a lot clearer with the Mk. 1 Whirlwind, which was basically
just a box on top of a Rhino.  I think that reloads is where all the
transport space went... one of GW's redesigns that actually makes sense.

Hmm, making the Whirlwind into an actual arty piece would be
interesting, but I don't recall how that would work.  Hmm....
