The open Impeller wedge is widest at the front. I dont have a page
reference for that tho.

Actually, that's about right. See the cover of 'In Enemy Hands' for
what a warship looks like in the books. The earlier covers are so-so at
best (Honor should NOT look ANYTHING like Michael Jackson), although
"Honor Among Enemies" has a pretty decent looking merchant ship.
