Scott Field, who is currently offline due to real world conditions (and
says 'hi' to all you guys who remember him), had a good set of tractor
beam rules he put together for his Star Trek rules. I haven't looked on
the Unofficial FT Web Page lately, but Mark may have grabbed a copy and
stashed it there. I'd say check there to see. Assuming you have WWW
access.
