	I'm tempted not to include battle lasers and just give the
Centarui
ships heavy lasers.  I could make a modified A battery the battle
lasers, but since I'm already using modified AA's for HL, I don't want
to confuse things.
	BTW, I've made one final small change to the HL's. Instead of
giving
them a 1 turn delay for "recharging," you now must spend a thrust point
to recharge a single HL.
