What particular questions do you have? I went to some effort to document

everything - but you can never expect to produce documentation for all
levels of 
user without a lot of effort. The bits that apply to Win32 use are at
the bottom 
of README. The other bit to understand is the format of the data file.
If you 
follow the Win32 example it works and produces a map.
