I think the Traveller licence predates GW's owning of Citadel. Actually,
the
whole thing gets even MORE convoluted. Citadel figures were produced
under
licence in Canada by RAFM. So you have Martian Metals Traveller figures
made
by a Canadian company with a 
British company's label on them. 

I have quite a few Traveller figures that I plan to use with SG2. I have
a
company's worth of TL15 power armour troops, the same number of TL12
power
armour, and quite a number of lower tech mercenaries. I plan to paint up
some old Grenadier 15mm SF figs to go with them. The pride of my
collection,
though, is one Grav APC and 3 Gravtanks from the Traveller range. I
definitely remember that they were made by RAFM. I wish I had more 15mm
grav
vehicles, though...
