I can see the advantage of the roll table and the modifications you have
suggested.  However, what is the significance of the relation between
mass of ship and the ability of its weapon to cover arcs?  Since you
have given much thoughts to the meanings of the other areas you covered
(station, speed and agility), you must have a reason to impose this
restriction.
