Actually, no I haven't.  I believe I downloaded it from C-Serve, but I'm

no longer a member.  I still have the ZIP file, and it's shareware, so 
it could be distributed or put on a web site if people were interested.
It's a DOS app, if that wasn't clear, and you need a text editor to 
write the programs.
