  Oh, so does _that_ explain the rather unremarkable performance of
the Imperials in the Star Wars movies?	Perhaps one of the future
chapters of the story will involve an Imperial Edict to massively
reform the educational system - hey, this would make a great kids'
movie - have little kiddie rebels and little kiddie stormtroopers (but
newly educated and thus much more dangerous) running around shooting
rubber bands and the like at each other.
