lockup with NCC-5139 Gea.

I downloaded the NCC-5139 from AVSIM, installed it according to
docs, and then try running it.  poof..instant lockup.

tried again with all plugins disabled, select NCC-5139 and start
orbiter.

here is result from last attempt:
