That's just it. MSVC++ 4.0 is, while not the most modern version,
quite a capable C++ environment. It also has the advantage that I
don't have to pirate a copy of it in order to use it. The only
failing I can see it has in this situation is that because it does
not understand .dws and .dwp files, the SDK files need to be added
to a MSVC project .mdp file. What i'm looking for is some pointers
how to get that done and have the .dll compile successfully and work
with orbiter.
