Station to vessel conversion

Greetings,

How would I determine the inertia value for a station I wish to
convert.(I am specifically thinking the ring station) Why is this
value necessary? I can see the station without converting its config
file simply by converting the scenario file although I'm having
trouble figuring out the dockinfo statement and the glider docks
backwards seemingly without the ability to undock.
Any help would be appreciated.
