[ADMIN] HTML posts to the list

Gentlemen,

Please remember to set your email clients to send plain text ONLY to the
list: NOT text plus HTML. (Outlook and Outlook Express, in particular,
tend to send text+HTML without telling you they're doing so.) If you
fail in this, both the daily digests and the archives have problems.
