[ADMIN] Digest list available

I have set up a daily digest list of the Orbiter mailing list. This will
collect all mail to this main Orbiter list, and send it out as a single
mail message once per day.

If you would prefer to receive your mail this way - I don't really see
why you would, unless your mail client isn't able to sort mailing list
posts from others, but some people like it - see
