It's really an excellent idea...go for it! :) Sorry to sound presumptuous...I was pretty sure you were quite familiar with the other sims...I see now where you're going with your idea. I'm not sure if I even still have the old Commodore thing anyway, maybe because I'm a 'self induced' simulator freak, and that was more of a strategy game. Good luck with all your efforts. I'm sure we'll love it!
