List confusion

Roger, thanks for serving as the listmaster. I hope this will prove to be
an active list, as I expect to have a lot of questions as I try to bend my
old mind around some new concepts!

The confusion evidenced in some of the recent posts seems to come from the
fact that the posts are not identified as coming from the Orbiter list, at
least on my Outlook Express.

I once subscribed to a yachting list, and IIRC the posts as they appeared on
my computer contained "Y-L" in the subject line. That way, they were easily
identified in OE as coming from the list, no matter the address of the
sender. I also think that OE, and perhaps other mail clients can be set up
to automatically put such mail in a specific folder.

Would it be possible to set up the Orbiter list in such a way? At least I
think it was done at the list level.

Just a suggestion to help separate the wheat from the chaff.

Thanks,

Kirk Messinger
