Help a newbie (oh my)

Thanks for the responce, i've just found the quick launch scenerio i've
missed which explains how to take off using the glider.

Couple of more questions:

1) The sim seems to crash alot, infact i've yet to endure more then a few
minutes without it dropping back to the desktop or freezing. It's allright
if i leave it alone, but once i try to fly around i get into trouble

System specs are:
Win XP Home edition
P3-800 with 256 PC133
Geforce 2 GTS, latest certified drivers
Creative Live! value latest XP drivers
Maxtor 20GB

Any ideas?
