And probably with a few more fits and starts and 
mistakes in their development. Kind of sets 
things back if you dump a significant portion of 
your GDP into a colony ship and it goes boom as 
it leaves orbit and tries to activate it's FTL 
drive. You can bet that the NI Mossad types will 
continue to hamstring the IF program in places 
where "inshallah..." doesn't do enough.
