Don't forget that WE are still very, very much a "small business" - 
there is only me and Paul L  (our caster - not to be confused with 
Paul O, the freelance webmaster) here, and that's it!
It scares me sometimes that GZG has been in existence for 23 years 
now, and has been a full-time job for me for the last 17 years......
