I can see that, and can probably put together with the out-lying walls as
perimeter, and the in-lying walls as 'interior', but I've not tried
anything large enough to have much space 'interior'. When you try to match
up walls along the outside, unless I've miss previously mentioned
transitional pieces, it looks a bit tacky.

Also, when you're trying to run simple games with inch round bases, the
whole tiles become important.

Thanks for all the points! Still haven't dug out the sets to try for myself
yet.

Kewl beans! Makes me regret the several times I've seen sets being flushed
out of shops and DIDN'T get the heavy discounts. *shrug*

I went to the Purbeck site, but they seem to be really centered on selling
at shows, and the price list doesn't seem to linked by id numbers to any of
the images (yes, I should be grateful there ARE images), so cross-briny
ordering would be a bit tricky.

Must say, I'm rather taken with the stream/shore/harbor pieces.
