Me! Sometime in 1998? Possibly 1997. I'd have to check the archives,
that was several email addresses and much time ago.

Up until three or so years ago, the bolton list still actually
fuctioned - a few of us used to amuse ourselves every few months with
"echo chamber" posts into the cold lifeless void of the bolton list.

Post-modern electronic archeology - trying old mailing lists to see if
any of them still function. :)
