It will be Armour/0, ie. a softskin vehicle.

DS2 doesn't track individual troopers. 4 spaces allows you to fit one 
non-PA infantry element, ie. either one rifle or assault element of 4-5 
soldiers or one specialist element of 2-3 soldiers + their special 
equipment (APSW, GMS/L, LAD or whatever).
