Okay, let's see some AARs.

Try UN, including AMTs. Grasers cost 3xMass but don't get rerolls.

Try New Israelis, with stealth.

Try Islamic Fed with Heavy Missiles. Ignore the stuff about evasion--use endurance only for moves. Antiship weapons can shoot at missiles but treat them as being at double range; you have to assign a FCS to each missile. Try it with PDS and beams hitting on 5-6.
