There's nothing official. If you want the UNSC Marines to be as good as the UN says they are, you can fit them with Fast Heavy powered armor, something like FP3 IMP d10 personal weapons, and say a SAW and AGL per squad. If you think the UN's procurement process might suffer from some corruption and inefficiency, you might put them in, say, Fast Light PA (I don't recall whether there are stats for that--if not, make them up), and give them the same sort of weapons as whichever bloc got the arms contract. That is, if you think the FSE manufacturer got the contract, give them the same gauss rifles that the FSE uses.
