And tucking them into the line and keeping them 
close to the big boys was a mistake I think. they 
should have been turned loose to run around the 
edges of the High Seas Fleet.

More or less use the DD's for Recce, like small 
light armored cav and the CAs and BCs as counter 
Recce for the purposes of Heavy armored cav and 
medium tanks. Not unlike how a lot of armored 
warfare doctrine worked out.
