Just a potshot, but wikis are really easy to maintain and to keep
updated since everyone can update them if they like. Or special someones
if you hand out accounts. 

Would it be possible to make a master wiki with rules, playerlocations
et al? Official releases, tweaks, scenarios, erratas etc would be
collected in one place?

Provided that a reasonable license for the contents can be agreed on?
