WTF is going here.  What happened to the open, good-natured and pretty
much loose group we used to have.  Jaime's a long-time contributor and
active member here.  He's put the effort forward.  He's taken the
initiative.  Even if he didn't have John's go ahead, would he need it to
set up a forum?  There are other GZG lists and such out there.  Why give
him a bunch of guff for it?

I may not post often, but I've been here long enough to know that this
si not the type of thing we did around here.

I say again, WTF is going on?
