They'll make you a datachip (or sheet of parchment,or imprinted plastic, or 
oil painting, or whatever you want) that says "License" (or "Identity card" 
or "Diploma" or whatever you want).

The rumor _I've_ heard is renegade KV, which we neither confirm nor deny.
