	No, the point is that he doesn't have to worry
	about it because the ESU *will* be worrying
	about it.  He wants to be blockading
	the colonization advance of the ESU, so he
	knows that the ESU will *not* be going in
	the BD+74*1047 direction.  The Islamic Republic
	takes a dim view of Slavic people attempting
	to steal their land. ;)
