So that's where I'm going wrong, forgot to put a liner in.....  ;-)

Seriously, the main reason I haven't (yet) done 15mm versions of the 
25s is that the style and methods of building the masters are very 
different for metal 15s than resin 25s, and in order to get the new 
range started it's been much faster to do new designs that lend 
themselves to the 15mm techniques. However, don't give up hope - I DO 
have some plans to do at least some of the existing vehicles in 15mm, 
and the wheeled stuff is near the top of that wish-list; the only 
thing I will say is that they may not be EXACT downscaled copies - I 
may do "updated versions", eg a Paladin II and Phalanx II......  :-)
