As you'll have seen, Allan, John Lerchey's already got them up on his 
server - but if you'd like to put them up on your page too then feel 
free to lift copies from John's page with my permission, and thanks 
for the offer.

Oh, and yes, there will be some APCs soon.....  ;-)
