Anyone have any suitable PSB to explain this?
The closest I ever saw was an SFB scenario wherein an advanced race
brought in ships to fight. For the common "meeting engagement" nobody
has ever come up with anything better than "academy exercises."
It's a good excuse to write campaign rules though.
