I agree with what has been said about vector movement.
But it seems to me that the main thing to take into
account when designing endurance rules is the
mechanism used for campaign game movement. As an example
a campaign movement rule where ships use a burst of
power to "jump" from one solar system to another will
require a different endurance rule compared to one
tailored to a Star-Trek-esque "flying at FTL speeds"
campaign movement.
