When I was doing Heavy Gear (old large scale)I've converted several of 
these as HEV Walker (54X Sagitiarius class) Using modified (KRYOMEK)
Valkyrie.  http://www.kremlinminiatures.co.uk/cdc.htm

All I had to do to covert there to 15mm was change hatches and add
a missile rack. The KRYOMEK line IMO runs a bit small for 25mm 
so visually it was an easy conversion.
