I'm pretty sure I've seen other attempts, but can't recall particulars off
the top of my head, and nothing announced recently. I've been on the list
since the mid 90's, so 'recently' tends to go back a-ways.

I'm sure Mr. Burton West would appreciate you giving him your installation
'geek speak', and will make you famous by posting it to his web site. ;->=
