Ha! Non-genuine parts. According to the manufacturers. Who wants to
bet that those internal investigations will point to recently fired
employees who just happened to have collectively died in the same
traffic accident?

These things although regrettable and truly unfortunate do indeed happen.
The Rim being in it's current state of flux, it's completely understandable
that traffic control would not get the nessisary attention one would expect
in more developed and peaceful regions.........Deeply regrettable, there
should be an internal commission appointed...........
