FT: new designs posted on my website

Someone asked about me posting my version
of a Klingon C9 DN from SFB.  So I did.
I also added some Tholian designs (Kra'Vak), new
Gorn designs (PBL+beam2s), and a silly design
concept based on sailing ships (under Miscellany SSDs).
Hey, if Steve can use wet navy concepts why cannot I?  :D
